P&A turned to The Event Agency to craft their unique vision for their Montreal wedding.
About the event
P + A chose to hold their wedding in their home city of Montreal, but wanted a unique experience for their milestone event. After understanding the vision the couple had in mind, The Event Agency presented The Atwater Club, a historic Tudor mansion in the heart of the city, where the venue’s old-world architecture and modern design would lay the groundwork for the environment that the couple wished to evoke.
In order to accommodate the 180 guests, the Event Agency conceptualized a decor timeline that required using multiple rooms for multiple purposes throughout the night.
Guests entered the ceremony through a curtained entryway with floral-embellished chandelier, into badminton courts built out to achieve the lavish romantic-meets-rustic vision of the couple. During the ceremony, the entryway was expertly and seamlessly dismantled to create an artfully curated reception hall, which was revealed at the conclusion of the ceremony.
For the final phase of the reception, the ceremony hall was turned over into a dance floor and party room. T.E.A.'s most upscale vendors quickly transformed the space into a sophisticated and chic setting, with friends and family enjoying extensive live music and dancing for a most memorable event.
